These Terms govern access to and use of DropRFID websites, dashboards, scanner software, APIs, integrations, support, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, buying hardware, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing hardware, or otherwise signing up for DropRFID, you agree that DropRFID may contact you at the email address, phone number, or other contact details you provide for marketing, product update, promotional, onboarding, survey, and related commercial purposes. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support; transactional, billing, security, and service notices will continue regardless of marketing preferences.
Customers are responsible for account users, credentials, devices, and activity under their organization. DropRFID may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse of the service, or material violation of these Terms.
Subscription access, plan limits, trial periods, pricing, renewal terms, and payment obligations are determined by the selected plan, checkout flow, invoice, order form, or written agreement. Fees are due as stated at purchase or onboarding. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions may be limited, suspended, or canceled when payment is overdue.
Hardware purchases are handled through the DropRFID shop or an approved written quote. Product availability, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, and warranty handling are governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout or in the applicable quote or order form.
Customers retain ownership of their inventory records, scan data, SKUs, orders, and integration data. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and configuration of data sent to or from DropRFID, including third-party systems and webhook destinations they connect.
Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security or availability, reverse engineer restricted software, bypass plan limits, submit unlawful data, infringe third-party rights, or use DropRFID to support harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
If DropRFID and a customer sign a separate order form, pilot agreement, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or statement of work, that signed document controls where it directly conflicts with these Terms. Otherwise, these Terms apply to the service relationship.
DropRFID provides the service and hardware using commercially reasonable care, but operational results depend on customer environment, tag placement, scanner usage, network conditions, and integration configuration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropRFID is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
